About Amanda
Amanda Medina is a speaker, certified life coach, and writer who helps women find peace and strength when life feels out of control.
After facing her own unexpected storm, Amanda learned firsthand what it means to find steadiness and trust when nothing makes sense, and how doing so can bring a calm the world can’t manufacture. Through her keynote Calm in the Storm, Amanda shares practical, grounded principles that empower women to release overwhelm, rebuild trust, and walk through hardship with greater clarity and confidence.
Her background as a certified Transformation Academy life coach, her work mentoring adoptees through This Adoptee Life, and her ongoing NLP training all strengthen the depth and compassion she brings to every audience. For faith-based audiences, Amanda also weaves spiritual reflection into her message in an invitational way.
When she’s not speaking, Amanda can be found homeschooling her daughters, training in karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or writing about resilience and faith.
